Robert Glesmann

Mr. Glesmann is a Senior Vice President of Kelson Energy and currently serves as the General Manager of Millennium Power Company, LLC. Mr. Glesmann is responsible for managing the technical and operational aspects of Kelson’s businesses. Mr. Glesmann oversees the day-to-day activities of Kelson’s operational contractors and works with each facility’s plant manager to optimize staff capabilities and focus attention on safe and profitable operations. He is responsible for long term maintenance planning, including the management of long-term maintenance agreements, plant performance, as well as capital and annual budgeting. Mr. Glesmann also manages special projects for Kelson, including the procurement of critical equipment and leading technical investigations. Prior to joining Kelson in 2008, Mr. Glesmann held project management and project engineering positions with several consulting and process equipment design and supply firms, focusing on air pollution control. Mr. Glesmann received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland.
