Frank Schneider

Mr. Schneider is Managing Director, Compliance for Kelson Energy. He is responsible for environmental affairs and regulatory compliance. He manages and implements corporate compliance strategies, plans, and goals to support business objectives for Kelson’s electrical power businesses. Mr. Schneider manages compliance programs responsive to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Department of Energy, the North American Electric Reliability Corporation, and Environmental, Health, and Safety for Kelson’s operating facilities. He is responsible for managing and acquiring air emission allowances for compliance with state and federal requirements. Mr. Schneider also manages due diligence efforts related to compliance and environmental issues for the potential acquisition of assets. Mr. Schneider has extensive experience in permitting for all phases of electric generating facilities throughout the United States and Canada. Prior to joining Kelson in 2004, Mr. Schneider was employed by TransAlta Energy, USA. Mr. Schneider received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University.
